DIRECTIONS

  1. Stand upright beside a stable chair and hold onto the back rest with one hand.

  2. In your standing position, raise one leg up sidewards, then back on the ground.

  3. Repeat 10 times.

  4. Repeat step 2 & 3 for the other leg.

INGREDIENTS

THE RECIPE FOR

450 g (or 250 g mixed frozen vegetables)

2.4 kg (6 cans of 400 g)

2 cubes + 500 ml water or 500 ml homemade stock

  1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly

  2. Dice the onions finely. Chop the potato and beans into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Drain away the liquid from the chickpeas and red kidney beans. Wash with water and set aside.

  4. In a large pot, add oil and begin to fry the red onions untl golden brown and aromatic.

  5. Add in the celery and green beans (or mixed vegetables). Cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables have softened.

  6. Add in the potato, pureed tomatoes, vegetable stock liquid (either stock cube or homemade liquid), kidney beans and chickpeas. Mix well.

  7. Bring to a boil for 30 minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour until the soup has thickened.

  8. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.

  7. 大火煮30分钟,之后转小火煮1小时至汤变浓厚。

  8. 加入盐、胡椒粉,和香草调味即可。
